FLAP ARRANGEMENT

The invention relates to a flap assembly (1), in particular for a vehicle air conditioning system (2), having a housing (3) and a flap (5) arranged in the housing (3) for regulating an air stream in the housing (3), wherein the flap (5) has a flap base body (6) with a front side (7) arranged on the air inflow side in an operating state. The essential features of the invention are: - that an elastic sealing lip (8) with a sealing surface (9) is provided on the flap base body (6), - that in the region of the sealing lip (8) and outside the sealing surface (9) a rib (10) projecting essentially vertically from the front side (7) of the flap base body (6) for reducing the air volume when opening the flap (5) is arranged, wherein the sealing lip (8) and the rib (10) are formed as one piece.
