A composite wheel rim (400) includes a main body composed of an outer ring (401), an inner ring (402), and a covering portion (403) which are ring-shaped respectively. The outer ring is arranged at an outer side of the inner ring along the radial direction to connect to the inner ring. The covering portion covers the outer rind and the inner ring to connect to them. The outer ring is formed by a plurality of first composite material layers stacked together. The inner ring is formed by a plurality of second composite material layers stacked together. The covering portion is formed by composite material fibers winding on the outer ring and the inner ring along the circumferential direction.
