In an on-board power control apparatus, when a determination unit determines that a prediction value of an output voltage of a battery is less than a threshold voltage value, a duty ratio setting unit selects at least one of the plurality of loads as a target load for which power supply is to be stopped or suppressed, and the duty ratio setting unit resets duty ratios to reduce a duty ratio of a control signal to be output to a switch unit provided on a power supply path to the selected target load.",
