A heat storage cover 21 is provided in an engine room. The heat storage cover 21 covers an engine 2 from above and surrounds the periphery of an upper portion of the engine 2 to internally store, through the medium of air, heat dissipated from the engine 2 and block upward heat dissipation. The engine 2 includes an air inlet 45 for introducing, into a combustion chamber, high temperature air obtained by the heat storage cover 21 blocking the upward heat dissipation.
