A pneumatic tire comprising a tread (25), a carcass (18) and a belt structure (40) interposed between the carcass (18) and the tread (25) is disclosed. The belt structure (40) includes a first working belt (41) and a second working belt (45). The second working belt (45) is located radially outward of the first working belt (41). A first relatively low angle belt (43) is positioned radially inward of the first working belt (41) having an angle of less than 10 degrees or less than 5 degrees with respect to the circumferential direction.
