The operations include determining that a first ride-sharing vehicle should transport the user based on the one or more disability settings of the user. The operations include altering a first ride-sharing route to transport the user from the location of the user to the destination of the user and providing the altered first ride-sharing route to a driver of the first ride-sharing vehicle.",
