A housing 30 is capable of housing a recording medium 200. An acquisition interface 34 acquires housing information related to whether the recording medium 200 is housed in the housing 30. The controller 38 disenables the input via the first user control interface 20 when the housing information acquired by the acquisition interface 34 indicates that the recording medium is housed.
