The secondary ducts (14, 15) are arranged in parallel between the bleed duct outlet (40) and the primary duct (12). The secondary ducts (14, 15) include a first duct (14) and a second duct (15). The heat exchanger (18) is configured with the second duct (15). The flow regulator (20) is configured to direct at least a majority of fluid flowing through the bleed duct outlet (40) to: (A) the first duct (14) during a first mode of operation; and (B) the second duct (15) during a second mode of operation.",
