A battery pack including battery cells arranged in a vertically inverted pattern; a cell holder in which the battery cells are accommodated; and an exhaust pipe protruding from an outer side surface of the cell holder at a position vertically between an upper surface and a lower surface of the cell holder and through which exhaust gas from the battery cells is exhaustable.
