A lighting device (1) for a vehicle including a cup-shaped housing (2) housing at least one reflector (3), operatively associated with a light source (4), and a transparent lens (5), which closes a front opening (6) of the housing and through which the reflector (3) is visible; wherein a shield (10) is placed inside the housing (2), at least partly facing the reflector (3) and substantially parallel to an optical axis (A) of the lighting device, and delimited towards the reflector (3) by a reflecting surface (11) provided with projections (14) uniformly distributed thereon, e.g., grooved or embossed.
