ASSEMBLY INCLUDING FOAM PAD FIXED TO AIRBAG

An assembly includes an airbag that has a panel defining an inflation chamber. The assembly includes a foam pad exterior to the inflation chamber with the foam pad fixed to the panel of the airbag. The foam pad is intended to provide an additional layer of reinforcement for the inflation chamber when the foam pad interacts with its surroundings upon inflation.
