ROTARY CONNECTOR DEVICE

A rotary connector device (100) includes a fixed body (10), a rotation body (20), and a connector (50). An exposed conductor portion (32) of a cable (30) is connected to an electrode (58) provided in a second space (S2) of a connector (50). The cable (30) extends from the second space (S2) to the first space (S1) and is arranged such that the other end of the cable (30) is connected to the rotation body (20). The connector (50) includes a cable cutting member (500) in the second space (S2). When the cable (30) is pulled due to rotation of the rotation body (20), the cable cutting member (500) is configured to cut the cable (30) before the exposed conductor portion (32) connected to the electrode (58) of the connector (50) is disconnected.
