This invention discloses a temperature compensation system, method, and storage medium for lithium battery capacity measurement. The temperature compensation system includes an offline training and learning system (1), an online temperature compensation system (2) and a sampling inspection system (3). The method includes obtaining a capacity versus temperature characteristic curve of a lithium battery of a certain type by offline training and learning; measuring and obtaining a real-time temperature and a testing capacity of the lithium battery of the certain type; using the real-time temperature and the characteristic curve to compensate the testing capacity to obtain a room temperature compensation capacity of the lithium battery of the certain type under constant temperature; and performing a sampling inspection of the lithium battery of the certain type. The storage medium stores a computer program that can be executed by a processor to realize the aforementioned method. This invention reduces the temperature control requirement during the formation process in the production process of the lithium battery in a factory by temperature compensation.
