A combustor (108) for a gas turbine engine (100) includes a combustor liner (110), a fuel swirler (118) integral and conformal with the combustor liner (110) to provide an outlet (132) for fuel into the combustor (108), and a dilution chute (114) surrounding the fuel swirler outlet (132) and extending into the combustor (108) to provide a wetting surface for fuel exiting the fuel swirler (118).
