A method of assisted parking based on a service facility and such a service facility are disclosed. The method of assisted parking comprises: detecting, by position detection devices of a service facility, whether a vehicle is parked within a predetermined service area; and if the vehicle is not parked within the predetermined service area, causing a vehicle terminal to display driving assistance information for guiding the vehicle to park within the predetermined service area.
