The serial-parallel conversion circuit is coupled to the first battery and the second battery, and is configured to, according to a control signal, couple the first battery and the second battery in series so as to reversely charge on a to-be-charged device by the first battery and the second battery, or couple the first battery and the second battery in parallel so as to supply power to the electronic device by the first battery and the second battery.
