A current collector comprising a first layer including a light metal, and a second layer including Ni chemical element, wherein the current collector has an X-ray diffraction pattern obtained by irradiating CuKα radiation onto the second layer using an X-ray diffraction (XRD) device, the X-ray diffraction pattern including diffraction peaks at positions of 2θ = 44.0° to 45.0°, 51.0° to 52.0°, 76.0° to 77.0°, 92.5° to 93.5°, and 98.0° to 99.0°, and a manufacturing method of the current collector and a battery employing the current collector.
