RACK POWER DISTRIBUTION UNIT FOR LEAK DETECTION MANAGEMENT

A power distribution unit may include a housing, a power input interface configured to couple to an electrical distribution element, and a plurality of power output interfaces configured to couple to a plurality of output cables. The power distribution unit may include a switch-mode power supply (SMPS) configured to receive a disconnect power and transmit the disconnect power to one or more relays. The power distribution unit may include one or more relays configured to transmit the disconnect power to a voltage coil of an overcurrent protective device upon receiving a disconnect signal, wherein the overcurrent protective device is configured to receive a first power from a power source. The power distribution unit may include a leak detection sensor and a controller communicatively coupled to the leak detection sensor and one or more relays.
