This document relates to a battery diagnosis device including a memory configured to store at least one instruction and a processor configured to execute the at least one instruction, in which the processor may be configured to acquire temperature data of a battery unit and estimate, based on the temperature data, a temperature of the battery unit in a blank period in which no temperature value exists within a time period corresponding to the temperature data.
