Disclosed herein relates to a battery cell storage device including: a tray; and a rack for loading the tray, wherein the rack includes: a plurality of pockets provided with vertical partition walls; a rotary plate configured to rotate clockwise and/or counterclockwise; and a tray fixing member coupled to the rotary plate and configured to fix the tray stored inside the pocket, wherein the rotary plate is installed on the vertical partition walls.
