A battery pack according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a battery module including a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells including electrode leads are stacked, and a module frame in which the battery cell stack is housed; a pack frame which houses the module frame in a state that the battery cell stack is housed, and has an opened upper part; a pack cover covering the opened upper part of the pack frame; and a cross member that sets the position of the module frame in a state that the battery cell stack is housed. At least one flange for coupling with the cross member is provided on a side surface of the module frame.
