This application provides a seat adjustment method and an adjustment apparatus, a seat, and a vehicle. The adjustment method includes: obtaining a plurality of first pressure values detected by a plurality of headrest pressure detection units, where the plurality of first pressure values include at least one first target pressure value greater than a first threshold; determining a waist height of a user based on position information of a headrest pressure detection unit corresponding to the first target pressure value; and adjusting a height of a lumbar support of a seat based on the waist height. This application can improve precision and accuracy of lumbar support adjustment, and improve ride comfort of the seat.
