[Summary]A battery cell assembly according to one example of the present invention may comprise a plurality of battery cells, a frame on which the plurality of battery cells is mounted, an upper cover coupled with the upper surface of the frame to cover the upper portions of the plurality of battery cells, a first soft portion interposed between the frame and the upper cover and having a plurality of first soft holes through which the upper portions of the plurality of battery cells are each fitted and passed, and a lower cover coupled with the lower surface of the frame in a state where the lower portions of the plurality of battery cells are partially inserted.
