Disclosed are a battery pack and a vehicle including the same. A battery pack according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include: a plurality of battery modules in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked; a pack case configured to store the plurality of battery modules and having a venting unit formed therein; and a protective cover member coupled to the pack case at a portion where the venting unit is located to protect the venting unit.
