The present invention relates to a method of activating an all-solid-state battery comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a solid electrolyte layer interposed between the positive electrode and negative electrode, the method comprising: a first charging step of charging the all-solid-state battery at a first current density; and a first discharging step of discharging the all-solid-state battery at a second current density greater than the first current density after the first charging step.
