The battery cell comprises: a housing, an electrode column body and an electrode column cover plate, wherein the housing defines an accommodating cavity; the electrode column body is arranged on the housing; a communication channel in communication with the accommodating cavity is formed on the electrode column body; the electrode column cover plate is arranged on the electrode column body; and a liquid injection hole in communication with the communication channel is formed in the electrode column cover plate.
