This application relates to the field of motor technologies, and provides to a motor with stator liquid-outlet for winding cooling, a powertrain, and an electric vehicle. The motor with stator liquid-outlet for winding cooling includes an axial gap, two end plates, and a plurality of laminations. Along an axial direction of the motor, the plurality of laminations are arranged between the two end plates, one end plate includes a plurality of liquid outlets, the plurality of liquid outlets are spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the motor, and the axial gap is configured to communicate with at least two adjacent liquid outlets. The axial gap includes an axial gap between two laminations, and at least one other lamination is arranged between the two laminations along the axial direction of the motor; or an axial gap between one lamination and the end plate, where the end plate and the lamination are arranged adjacently along the axial direction of the motor. After entering the motor, a cooling medium can flow along the circumferential direction of the motor to optimize heat dissipation effect of the motor.
