ELECTRIC POWER MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL APPARATUS, AND POWER GENERATION SYSTEM

This application provides an electric power measurement and control device and a power generation system. The electric power measurement and control device is used in the power generation system, the power generation system includes a plurality of power conversion devices and a switch device, the switch device is configured to control connection and disconnection between the power conversion devices and a power grid, output ends of the power conversion devices are connected to the power grid via a point of coupling, and the electric power measurement and control device includes a first chip and a second chip. An electric power measurement and control functional module of the first chip obtains electrical data of the point of coupling, and sends a first control signal to the power conversion devices and the switch device based on the electrical data of the point of coupling. A SCADA and EMS functional module of the second chip obtains electrical data of the plurality of power conversion devices and electrical data of the switch device, and generates a second control signal based on the electrical data of the plurality of power conversion devices, the electrical data of the switch device, and the electrical data of the point of coupling. The electric power measurement and control functional module sends a third control signal to the power conversion devices and the switch device based on the second control signal. According to this application, costs and complexity of the power generation system can be reduced.
