The spiral belt (100) is formed by winding a cord unit, in which a plurality of reinforcing cords are arranged along the tire width direction, around the tire circumferential direction. The width of the cord unit in the tire width direction is narrower than the width GW of the circumferential groove (25) in the tire width direction.
