The vehicle 1 includes a gear-type multi-stage automatic transmission 12 that includes a plurality of gear stages and a clutch 40 and changes a driving force transferred from an engine 11 to a rear wheel 4 by automatically changing the plurality of gear stages stepwise, and a controller 7 configured to control changing of the plurality of gear stages. In a case where the vehicle 1 turns in a lean state, the control section 7 shifts up the plurality of gear stages when vehicle speed at a predetermined accelerator opening degree exceeds a second vehicle speed threshold that is larger than a first vehicle speed threshold at which the plurality of gear stages are shifted up in upright traveling of the vehicle 1, or shifts up the plurality of gear stages when an accelerator opening degree at a predetermined vehicle speed exceeds a second accelerator opening degree threshold that is smaller than a first accelerator opening degree threshold at which the plurality of gear stages are shifted up in upright traveling of the first vehicle 1.",
