This air supply system performs a supply action in which compressed air supplied from a compressor (4) is made to flow from upstream to downstream via an air dryer (11) that has a filter (17) and a check valve (19). This air supply system is provided with an ECU (80) that switches between the supply action, performed at or below a supply start value, and a non-supply action, performed at or above a supply stop value, in which the compressed air is not supplied downstream of the check valve (19) and, during the non-supply action, performs a regeneration action in which the filter (17) is regenerated. The ECU (80) executes regenerative supply if conditions are met that include the regeneration action not being in progress, detected air pressure being higher than the supply start value and lower than the supply stop value, and an engine idling.",
