The wireless charging method can be applied to a wireless charging system, and the wireless charging system comprises: a device to be charged and a wireless charging apparatus, wherein the device to be charged comprises: a wireless receiving circuit and a battery, the wireless receiving circuit being used for receiving an electromagnetic signal transmitted by the wireless charging apparatus, and converting the electromagnetic signal into an output current to charge the battery. The method comprises: determining, according to a detected actual output voltage value of a wireless receiving circuit in a device to be charged, whether a position between a device to be charged and a wireless charging apparatus deviates in a wireless charging process; and when the position between the device to be charged and the wireless charging apparatus deviates, setting a target output voltage value of the wireless receiving circuit in the device to be charged as the actual output voltage value. By means of the method, the normal operation of a foreign object detection procedure can be ensured when the device to be charged and the wireless charging apparatus deviate.",
