A power assembly (1) includes a transmission (10), a motor (20) and a heat conductive element (30). The transmission includes a transmission housing (11) and a transmission input shaft (12) rotatably connected to the transmission housing, and the transmission housing has a through hole. The motor includes: a motor housing (21) having an open end and a closed end opposite to the open end, and the open end being connected to the transmission housing; a rotor (22) rotatably arranged in the motor housing; a motor output shaft (25) having an end connected to the rotor and another end passing through the through hole to be connected to the transmission input shaft (12); and a stator (23) fixed in the motor housing and arranged on a peripheral outer side of the rotor. The heat conductive element is arranged between an end of the stator and the transmission housing.
