A clamping structure of a cargo support comprises a chuck with a guide portion and disposed at an end of a cross beam. The cross beam is connected with a handle, the handle is capable of driving the chuck to move back and forth along an axial direction of the cross beam so that the chuck switches between a clamped state and a released state. The cross beam is of hollow structure, the guide portion of the chuck extends into the cross beam, and inside the cross beam is further provided with a guide structure that cooperates with the guide portion and guides a movement of the chuck. The clamping structure of the cargo support solves the problem of poor movement stability of a chuck of the cargo support of the existing techniques and has the advantages of stable movement of the chuck and aesthetic conformation.
