In order to improve the wheel, a width of the central wall 122A and of the outer walls 122C considerably narrows or is reduced along a substantial and/or an entire portion thereof such that the central wall has a first width W3 near the center mounting and a second width W4 near to the outer flange being less than the width W3, and the outer walls 122C have a third width W5 near to the center mounting portion and a fourth width W6 near to the outer flange which is considerably less than the width W5.",
