Embodiments of this application relate to the technical field of electronics, and disclose an electrical control device detection circuit, a detection method, and an electric vehicle. In some embodiments of this application, the detection circuit is configured to detect a drive circuit of the electrical control device. The drive circuit includes a high-side switch unit. The detection circuit includes a first detection module and a control module. A first end of the first detection module is connected to a first end of the electrical control device. A second end of the first detection module is connected to a second end of the electrical control device. A third end of the first detection module is connected to the control module. The control module is configured to obtain a first electrical signal at the third end of the first detection module; and determine, based on the first electrical signal at the third end of the first detection module, whether a fault occurs in the drive circuit of the electrical control device. In this implementation, fault diagnosis can be performed on the drive circuit of the electrical control device.
