To provide a bracket that can be fixed to an outer peripheral surface of a rim more stably than before, and an in-tire electric device having the bracket. A bracket 10A of the present disclosure is pressed against and fixed to an outer peripheral surface 96A of a rim 96 of a tire wheel 95 by a belt 90 wound around the outer peripheral surface 96A of the rim 96, and detachably holds an electric circuit unit 50A. Furthermore, a pair of rim contact portions 15 are provided at both ends of a rim facing surface 14A of the bracket 10A in the circumferential direction of the rim 96. Then, the pair of rim contact portions 15 come into contact with the outer peripheral surface 96A of the rim 96 so that a portion between the both ends of the rim facing surface 14A is spaced apart from the outer peripheral surface 96A of the rim 96.
