Embodiments of this application relate to the technical field of batteries, and provide a battery module, a battery pack, and a vehicle to optimize a structure of the battery module. The battery module includes a battery, a harness plate, a circuit board, a compression element, and a temperature collection assembly. The battery includes a top cover. The harness plate is disposed on a top outer side of the top cover. The compression element is connected above the harness plate. The temperature collection assembly includes a thermistor. The thermistor is electrically connected to the circuit board, and the thermistor is disposed between the top cover and the compression element. The compression element presses the thermistor so that the thermistor is pressed against the top cover. The battery module provided in the foregoing technical solution shortens a temperature collection path and makes measurement accurate.
