METHOD FOR ASSISTING A USER OF AN ASSISTANCE SYSTEM, ASSISTANCE SYSTEM AND VEHICLE COMPRISING SUCH A SYSTEM

The invention regards an assistance system and a method for assisting a user of such an assistance system including a display (1) displaying representations of one or more objects (3, 4, 5) in the environment of the display (1). In a first step, information on an environment of the display (S1), is determined and presence of objects in the environment (S2) is determined. Then, a representation of the environment including representations of the objects (3) determined in the environment is generated. For at least one of the determined and displayed objects (3'), a starting point (7) for an indicator line (8) is calculated from a direction of the object relative to the display (1;S5), and, for each determined starting point (7), an indicator line (8) connecting the starting point (7) with the displayed representation (3') of the real world object (S6) is drawn.
