The secondary battery is further provided with an insulating member that has a base material part, a heat resistant part including an insulative inorganic material and being formed in a part of one surface of the base material part, and an adhesive part covering at least parts of the surfaces of the base material part and the heat resistant part. The insulating member is disposed on a surface of the positive electrode so that the heat resistant part faces the outer surface of the one-end part.",
