The present disclosures a charging and discharging control method, and a device to be charged. The charging and discharging control method can be applied to a device to be charged. Said device comprises: a first battery unit and a second battery unit which are connected in series, and a balance module; the second battery unit supplies power to said device. Said method comprises: when the voltage of a second battery unit is equal to or less than a first preset voltage threshold, transferring power in a first battery unit to the second battery unit by means of a balancing module, such that the voltage of the second battery unit is greater than the first voltage threshold.
