A child stroller apparatus (100) includes a first frame portion (112) provided with a first wheel assembly (120), a second frame portion (114) provided with a second wheel assembly (130), the second frame portion (114) being assembled with the first frame portion (112) for sliding movement along a lengthwise axis (Y) extending from a front to a rear of the child stroller apparatus (100), and a storage basket (154, 180) spanning across the first and second frame portions (112, 114), the storage basket (154, 180) being operable to expand and collapse as desired.
