If an operation portion of the button member is pushed down when a regulating portion of an operation regulating mechanism is positioned in a release position, a lower jaw portion of the button member pushes a rear-end portion of the locking lever up to move a locking portion from a first initial position toward a first lower limit position. When the regulating portion is positioned in a regulation position, the regulating portion regulates movement of an operation portion of the button member from a second initial position to a second lower limit position. Even in a state that a regulated portion is in contact with the regulating portion when the regulating portion is positioned in the regulation position, the lower jaw portion is apart from the rear-end portion of the locking lever.",
