The high-voltage interlocking device includes: a first resistance module (R1); a first switch module (K1), a second connection end of the first switch module (K1) being connected to a first reference potential (GND1) through a third resistance module (R3), and a control terminal (C1) of the first switch module (K1) being configured to receive a first driving signal, to enable the first switch module (K1) to be turned on or off according to the first driving signal; a second resistance module (R2), another end of the second resistance module (R2) being connected to a second reference potential (GND2); a fourth resistance module (R4); a second switch module (K2), a second connection end of the second switch module (K2) being connected to a third reference potential (GND3) through a fifth resistance module (R5); a fault detection module (11), configured to determine a fault of the high-voltage component under detection (G) according to a first detection signal.
