The present invention relates to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery comprising same. Particularly, the objective of the present invention is to provide a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, comprising a lithium salt, an organic solvent, and a compound represented by chemical formula 1 as an additive, and a lithium secondary battery which, by comprising the non-aqueous electrolyte solution, has improved high-rate charging/discharging characteristics at high temperature.
