The battery module provided in the present application includes at least two batteries, a bus bar, a circuit board and at least one temperature collection unit, the temperature collection unit includes a temperature collection structure and a bearing structure, the temperature collection structure includes a temperature sensor, the temperature sensor collects temperature of the top cover of the battery and is arranged on the bearing structure, and the bearing structure electrically connects the temperature sensor and the circuit board, and presses, under an effect of at least one of the circuit board and the bus bar, the temperature collection structure to be abutted against the top cover. In the present application, the temperature collection structure can be in closer contact with the top cover, which is beneficial for improving accuracy in temperature collection of the battery module.",
