VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEM, DATA TRANSMITTING METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM ON WHICH PROGRAM IS RECORDED

A vehicle control system comprising: a driving control device that includes a first processor, and that controls a driving section for vehicle traveling that is provided at a vehicle; a control instructing device that includes a second processor, and that controls the driving control device based on control signals transmitted to the driving control device; a first communication path that connects a plurality of control devices, which include the control instructing device and the driving control device, such that the plurality of control devices can communicate with one another, and that is connected to a vehicle exterior so as to be able to communicate therewith; and a second communication path that connects a plurality of control devices, which include the control instructing device and the driving control device, such that the plurality of control devices can communicate with one another, the second communication path being independent from the first communication path and being a network that is cut off from the vehicle exterior, wherein the vehicle control system is structured such that: the second processor can output the control signals to both the first communication path and the second communication path, and the first processor can receive the control signals from both the first communication path and the second communication path.
