The frame side plate part 116 has a notch region 132 where a predetermined range of a front edge is cut out The bracket 112 has: a base part 126 which is fitted into the notch region 132 of the frame side plate part 116 and to which the airbag cushion 108 and the inflator 110 are secured; and a reaction force plate 128 bent from a front side of the base part 126 and extends to one side in a vehicle width direction. Guide grooves 134, 136 are formed on an upper edge and lower edge of the notch region 132, and the base part 126 can be inserted into the notch region 132 from the front along the guide grooves 134, 136.",
