A battery module according to the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked; a lower frame for housing the battery cell stack; and an upper plate for covering the upper side of the lower frame, wherein at least one partition wall is formed between the plurality of battery cells of the battery cell stack, and an insulating member is attached to at least one surface of the partition wall.
