An all-solid-state battery includes a positive electrode layer containing positive electrode active material particles and first solid electrolyte particles, a solid electrolyte layer containing the first solid electrolyte particles, and a negative electrode layer containing negative electrode active material particles and the first solid electrolyte particles, the positive electrode layer the solid electrolyte layer and the negative electrode layer being bonded to one another, in which at least one layer of the positive electrode layer the solid electrolyte layer and the negative electrode layer further contains a second solid electrolyte and the second solid electrolyte has crystallinity and is packed and arranged to fill gaps between the particles.",
